CASA Series CapacityPack (105ah/1.3kWh)

CapacityPacks are how you add capacity to your SOL STACK battery.  The CASA series modules are 12.8v, 105ah (1.3kWh) each.  Stacked vertically (with Master/SlavePacks) they combine voltage in series (example:  a stack of 4 is ~48v).  Stacked side by side they combine storage capacity.

CASA series CapacityPacks can be added to your existing SOL STACK CASA series battery in multiples of 2 (24v), 4 (48v), 5 (60v) or 6 (72v).

ONLY ADD CASA series CapacityPacks to a CASA series battery.  Lithium batteries must be properly balanced or their lifespan may be significantly shortened.  Using CASA series CapacityPacks with PLUS or MEGA series SOL STACK batteries can cause the CapacityPacks to degrade quickly, and potentially damage the other series CapacityPacks in the installation!

If installing a NEW SOL STACK CASA series battery, please be sure to order the proper quantity for your battery pack voltage and capacity:

For a 24v battery pack, order one MasterPack and 1 SlavePack (2.6kWh), as well as any additional CapacityPacks you wish, in multiples of 2 (adding 2.5kWh to your battery capacity for each set of 2 CapacityPacks added).

For a 48v battery pack, order one MasterPack and 3 SlavePacks (5.2kWh) as well as any additional CapacityPacks you wish, in multiples of 4 (adding 5.2kWh to your battery capacity for each set of 4 CapacityPacks added).

For a 60v battery pack, order one MasterPack and 4 SlavePacks (6.5kWh) as well as any additional CapacityPacks you wish in multiples of 5 (adding 6.5kWh to your battery capacity for each set of 5 CapacityPacks added).

For a 72v battery pack, order one MasterPack and 5 SlavePacks (7.8kWh) as well as any additional CapacityPacks you wish in multiples of 6 (adding 7.8kWh to your battery capacity for each set of 6 CapacityPacks added).

WARNING:  Do NOT use CapacityPacks without recommended Master/SlavePacks.  CapacityPacks get their overcurrent, over-discharge/over-charge protections and important battery cell balancing from the Master/Slave pack configurations they connect with.  Using CapacityPacks without SOL STACK Master/Slave packs properly assembled can damage your battery, void your warranty, and potentially cause serious physical injury and/or property damage.
