The price of lithium batteries can be volatile, changing as often as weekly. This is due to the rapid fluctuations of the price of lithium cells. We can't always keep up with what the latest pricing in the market is. But we know we can match it. Our method of cell purchasing allows us to keep up with the market conditions. If you find a comparable product at a better price, we will match it.

How to Get Price Matching:

Make sure the offer is a comparable offer (see below). Send us an email or Facebook message that includes a link to the offer. If the offer is legitimate and comparable according to the terms below, we will match the price. It's that simple.

What is a Comparable Offer?

The battery advertised is LiFePO4 chemistry, and is new (not refurbished).
The battery is being sold by an authorized reseller of the brand.
The battery is available now, ON-ISLAND, not in the future or requiring shipment to the island.
The battery is advertised with new, grade A cells of at least 6,000 cycle life.
The battery includes a warranty of at least 5 years, with LOCAL on-island service by either the manufacturer directly, or authorized resellers that are on-island and equipped to honor the warranty. (Any warranty that requires the battery or parts to be shipped off-island for repair or replacement is not a comparable warranty.)
The battery is of similar capacity, within 10% of the capacity of the Sol Stack Battery you are comparing. (Example, 10kWh vs. our 10.75kWh, or 17kWh vs our 16kWh model)

How is the Price Matched?

We match it based on the price per kWh of capacity.

Example: 10kWh battery advertised for $2,800 = $280 per kWh.

The battery is advertised publicly on a legitimate solar retailer's website or social media at a price less than the comparable size of our battery.
The offer is not a "deal of the day", "flash sale", clearance, closeout, discontinued model, or a "doorbuster sale" (like Black Friday or Cyber Monday).
The price is not based on rebates, coupons, financing offers, errors, bundling of products or services (like a "solar package"), gift cards or gift card offers.
The price is not a special dealer or wholesale price, or bulk quantity purchase price.
The matched price cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. The requested matching price must be the final price of the competing battery.
Excludes pricing during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday.
Excludes errors or misprints of pricing on the competitor's website.
Excludes offers made for the purpose of resale purchase (if you're a dealer, contact us for dealer pricing).
